Q1 - Do the prices on the booking app include hair?
A1 - No, it does not. However I am happy to recommend several hair stores that can cater to your needs.
Q2 - Do you have a cancellation policy?
A2 - Yes, our cancellation policy is in FULL EFFECT. Clients CANNOT cancel within 48hrs of their appointment. Upon doing so, clients will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00TTD.

Q3 - Is there a deposit required upon booking?
A3 - There is no deposit required for services UNDER $1000.00TTD.
Q4 - How can I book an appointment with TekeiraStyles Hair Salon?

Q5 - Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?
A5 - Yes, no more than 1 person is allowed PER client.
Q6 - If I am running late to my appointment, is there any fees/penalties?
A6 -Â Yes, a $50.00TTD will be charged after being 20 minutes late. If after 30 minutes, no contact has been made, your appointment will then be cancelled.Â
Q7 - How far in advance should I book an appointment?
A7 - 1-2 weeks in advance, UNLESS there is an availability in the booking app. If you are booking a SAME WEEK appointment, please message us to for appointment approval before booking.Â
Q8 - What are your business hours?
A8 - Tekeira Styles Hair Salon is open from Tuesday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM. We are also open on public holidays based on client needs with the exceptions of Christmas Day & New Years Day.Â
