Q1 - Is hair included in the prices?
A1 - No, hair is not included. It's only included for dreadlocks extensions (Human & Synthetic dreadlock extensions).
Q2 - Do you have a cancellation policy?
A2 - Yes, our cancellation policy is in FULL EFFECT. Clients CANNOT cancel within 48hrs of their appointment. Upon doing so, clients will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00TTD.

Q3 - Is there a deposit requirement upon booking?
A3 - For NEW clients, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100.00TTD.
During peak season such as Christmas & Carnival, ALL clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit of $100.00TTD to secure your appointment.
Q4 - How can I book an appointment with TekeiraStyles Hair Salon?

Q5 - Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?
A5 - Yes, no more than 1 person is allowed PER client.
Q6 - If I am running late to my appointment, is there any fees/penalties?
A6 - Yes, a $50.00TTD will be charged after being 15 minutes late. After an hour late, we will make an executive decision if we can still accommodate you, if we can, it will be $100.00TTD late fee.
Q7 - How far in advance should I book an appointment?
A7 - 1-2 weeks in advance, UNLESS there is an availability in the booking app.
An appointment can be booked within the same week, if you aren't seeing the availability, please contact us with the date and time you'd like to book and we will see if we can accommodate you.Â
Q8 - What are your business hours?
A8 - Tekeira Styles Hair Salon is open from Tuesday - Saturday. (see hours below) We are also open on public holidays based on client needs with the exceptions of Christmas Day & New Years Day.Â
Tues & Thurs - 9am to 6pm
Wed & Fri - 8am to 5pm
Saturday - 8am to 7pm
